SHIPPING

All orders will ship out via USPS First Class and Priority Mail within 3 business days of they are received; Please note, we do not ship on weekends.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, as well as a follow up email once your order has been shipped, containing tracking information and an ETA.

LOST ORDERS

We are not responsible for any order or items that get lost in the mail.

If your order gets lost for any reason (tracking discrepancy, delivered to wrong address, can't find it) you MUST contact your local USPS office directly to file a claim and work with them to track it down. 

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, you may exchange it for the same item or store credit within 5 days of when it was received. 

Please send us an email with your order number in the subject (i.e. DAMAGE EXCHANGE #1-4456) along with photos of the damage to: pygmyhipposhoppe@gmail.com

RETURNS

We do not offer refunds at this time.
