Pygmy Hippo Shoppe is a bite-size boutique dedicated to curating kitschy gifts and unusual treasures from independent designers and vintage estates around the world. Measuring in at 100 square feet, the shop is filled with a variety of goods from statement jewelry and dead-stock accessories, to greeting cards and nostalgic home decor items that keep curious eyes busy for ages.
Founded in 2010 by partners Eminé Avanessian and Nathan Cabrera, Pygmy Hippo expanded in 2017 to include The Big Top, our hidden event space where we host exhibits and private events throughout the year.
