• What is your return policy?

• Can I request an item be gift wrapped?

Every order automatically gets wrapped or bagged in our signature giftable packaging, but if you'd like us to include a special message or if you're a bit of a control freak and just want to remind us that your order is a gift, please make a note of it in the comments section during check out; As a rule we never include a paper receipt or price tags in any order.

 

• Can you put a item on hold for me? Pretty please?!

NO. Sorry folks, due to the limited, vintage and often handmade nature of many of our items, we can not under any circumstance place any items on hold. Not even for our parents, so please don't bother asking.

If you've seen something you can't live with out but can't make it to the shop that day, you may purchase the item(s) online or over the phone, at which point we will then hold your order for you to pickup in-store (see below).

 

• How do I place an order for In-Store Pickup?

Easy! Just place your desired items in your cart and check out using the code PICKUP (one word) in the discount section to wave the shipping fees.

If you can't find what your looking for online, give us a call! We'd be happy to take your order over the phone, too! 

Please be aware, we will charge your account and hold your items for 7 days, after which it will go back in the shop and we will credit your card back in full, minus a 15% restocking fee; Same rules apply for phone orders, so please be sure to contact us if you are unable to pick up your order within 7 days.

 

• Can I pickup my items on the same day that I place my order?

Generally, orders will be ready for pickup the next day after they are placed, but if you'd like to pickup on the same day, please leave us a note in your order with the best number to reach you at and we will try our best to accommodate you.

 

• Can I send someone else in to pick up my order?

Sure, just make sure they have your order number ready and can present your email confirmation (via smartphone or printed out).

 

• Will you ever get ______ back in stock!?

Hmmm, maybe? It's hard to say because it depends on if the item you're looking for is vintage, one-of-a-kind, or handmade! Give us a ring or drop us a note explaining what you're looking for and we'll see what we can do!

 

 

• Where do you guys find all this stuff!?

All over the world! Why don't you just enjoy yourself and stop being so nosey :)
