Please make sure the person picking up for you has a copy of your email confirmation (and number) printed out or on their phone.

Sorry folks, we do not hold any items under any circumstance. If you've seen something you must have but can't make it in, you may purchase it online (as explained above) or over the phone we'll hold it for you until you are ready to pick it up.
