All orders ship out via USPS First Class and Priority Mail within 3 business days of when they are received; Please note, we do not ship on weekends or US Holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, as well as a follow up email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped.
We are not responsible for any order or items that get lost or damaged in the mail.
If your order gets lost for any reason (tracking discrepancy, delivered to wrong address, can't find it) you MUST contact your local USPS office directly to file a claim and work with them to track it down.
If your order arrives damaged, you may exchange it for the same item or store credit within 5 days of when it was received.
